Griffin, Jr. and James E. Ghee, Jr. - Prince Edward County establishes a textbook rental fee. / "Is the Job Corps for You?" - Author Unknown - The Job Corps, a nationwide, voluntary program is available for those between 16 and 21. / "Robert R.
